Installation paths for voxel on mobile
We at voxel support three main installation methods: Android APK direct download, iOS Safari browser access, and web app via any mobile browser. Each path has strengths. Android APK gives you offline cache and push notifications but requires enabling unknown sources in your device settings. iOS browser access requires no installation but refreshes your session each time you close Safari. Web app works on any device and updates automatically, but uses more data than a native app.
Installation options
- Android APK: download and install directly; offline cache and notifications included

iOS and web browser access
iOS users cannot install native apps outside the App Store, so we at voxel recommend opening Safari and visiting voxel.bet directly. Bookmark the page for quick access. Your session persists while Safari is open, but closes when you force-quit the app. Web app access works on any device—Android, iOS, or desktop—and requires no installation. Simply visit voxel.bet in your browser, sign in, and add a home-screen shortcut for faster access next time.
Both iOS browser and web app paths update automatically when we at voxel release new features or security patches. You do not need to manually download or install updates. However, web access uses more mobile data than a cached native app, so consider your data plan if you access voxel frequently during Piala AFF or Champions League tournaments.
App versus browser: trade-offs
Our voxel Android app caches recent market data, so you can view Liga 1 odds and your account balance even without internet. Push notifications alert you to live-game updates and withdrawal confirmations. The app loads faster on repeat visits because it stores assets locally. However, the app requires storage space and manual updates when we release new versions.
Browser access (iOS Safari or web app) requires no installation and updates automatically. You can access voxel from any device without downloading. The trade-off is that each session refreshes your data from our servers, using more bandwidth. Browser sessions may time out if you leave the page idle for extended periods. For users with limited storage or who switch devices frequently, browser access is simpler. For users who access voxel daily and want offline capability, the Android app is more efficient.
Device compatibility and requirements
Our voxel app requires Android 7.0 or later. Most devices sold in the last five years meet this requirement. iOS users need Safari on iOS 12 or later. Web app access works on any device with a modern browser—Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge on Android, iOS, or desktop. If your device is older than five years, check your operating system version before attempting to install. We at voxel cannot guarantee performance on devices running unsupported OS versions.
Common installation issues and solutions
If you see "Unknown sources disabled" when trying to install the Android APK, go to Settings → Security and toggle on Unknown Sources. Some devices label this setting differently—look for "Install from unknown sources" or "Allow installation of apps from sources other than the Play Store." If the APK download fails, check your internet connection and try again. If the file is corrupted, delete it and re-download from voxel.bet.
If the app crashes on startup, clear your app cache by going to Settings → Apps → voxel → Storage → Clear Cache. Do not clear data, as that will log you out. If you see a certificate warning when opening the web app, this is normal—our voxel servers use industry-standard encryption. Tap "Continue" or "Proceed" to access the site. If the warning persists, check that your device date and time are correct, as certificate validation depends on accurate system time.
Data, permissions, and account security on voxel
When you install the voxel app, we request permission to access your device's storage (for caching market data), contacts (for account recovery), and location (to verify jurisdiction compliance). We do not sell or share your data with third parties. All communication between your device and our voxel servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or later. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text.
We at voxel conduct KYC verification during account signup to comply with anti-money-laundering laws. We store your identity documents securely and delete them after verification is complete. If you enable two-factor authentication—which we strongly recommend—your login requires both your password and a code from your mobile number. This protects your account even if someone obtains your password. Review your account activity regularly via the voxel app or web app to spot unauthorized access. If you suspect fraud, contact our support team immediately.
